Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns or replacements will be allowed only within 5 days after delivery.

In case of return, the amount will not be refunded. Instead, a COUPON CODE will be generated for future use. This process usually takes 10-15 working days.

In case of exchange, once we receive the item and if everything is in order, we dispatch the exchange piece. This process also usually takes 10-15 working days.

To get a replacement, place a return request via the ‘Return and Exchange’ option at the footer of the website.


Important Return/Exchange Conditions

Return or exchange is allowed only once per order and within 5 days of receiving the order, except in the following cases:

  • Gift Certificates

  • Items that have been used or opened

  • Items not returned in the condition they were received

  • Items received by us in a damaged condition

  • Items received through a "Mystery Product" order

  • Items sourced or delivered outside India


Offers

We take stringent measures to ensure the items delivered are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases:

  • The item may be damaged during transit

  • There might be a manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item might be delivered

In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided the request is made within 5 days of delivery.

Returns or replacements are only processed after confirmation. Once confirmed, a pickup executive will be sent within 2-3 days. A return pickup charge of ₹110 is applicable.

Once we receive the returned item (usually in 6-7 days), we process the return within 2-3 days — either issuing a coupon code or dispatching an exchange, depending on your request and item condition.


Return Policy Summary

  • Replacement requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • No extra shipping charges for delivery of replacement items.

  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery thrice. If all attempts fail due to unavailability, the customer is still charged for the order.

  • No returns or replacements for perishable/custom-made items or international orders.


Return Pickup Guidelines

  • Pickup facility is available in select locations.

  • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and tags are intact.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, you can self-ship the product within 7 days of raising the return request.

  • Mention the Order No. and Return ID on a paper and place it inside the packet.


Cases of Unavailability or Service Issues

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, alternatives will be suggested, and the final choice rests with the customer.

  • If the order is confirmed but not shipped on time, the customer may request a refund.

  • A 100% refund is issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be shipped.

  • If the delivery address is outside the courier service area, a 100% refund will be provided.
