🚚 SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Ritulika offers FREE SHIPPING across India!

We ship all our orders using trusted courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and others. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

📦 Delivery Timeline:

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation.

  • After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 5–6 working days.

  • No dispatches are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our courier partner will confirm your availability before delivery. If you're unavailable, it's easy to arrange a re-delivery or even pick it up from their local center.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship globally! ✈️

International shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Number of items

  • Weight & dimensions of the package

We use DHL Express for most international shipments. Delivery generally takes 7–8 working days after dispatch.

💳 Process:

  • After receiving your order, our team will email you a commercial invoice with applicable shipping charges.

  • Once your payment is received, we begin processing your order.

⚠️ Important Note:
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility. These charges are levied by the destination country and must be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.


🔍 TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The courier company’s website to track the shipment

Please note: Tracking details may take up to 24 business hours to become active.


📬 SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

  • Once your order is shipped, your shipping address cannot be changed.

  • If courier services are unavailable at your location, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery to an alternative address that is serviceable.

  • In case the recipient is unavailable during delivery, any further delivery attempts will be at the courier company’s discretion. Ritulika Brand will not be responsible in such cases.


SHIPMENT DELAYS

Ritulika Brand is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies

  • Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

If a non-delivery or delay occurs due to such errors, any extra re-delivery cost will be borne by the customer.

In case of an out-of-stock item or unexpected delay, we will inform you promptly via email or phone call.
